Wait Until Dark

Wait Until Dark is a movie starring Audrey Hepburn and Alan Arkin. The movie is based on the play by Frederick Knott. The play and the movie center on Susy Hendrix. Men enter blind Susie's home to find a doll that is filled with heroine.


Susie's Husband agrees to hold a doll for a woman on an Airplane. The woman is attempting to hide the doll and its drugs from her partner Harry. Harry eventually hides the body in Susie's home. Harry shows up later with two hoods. They pose as old friends and the police. But Susie isn't as helpless as they think.


The suspense of both the play and the movie are what make this film one of the best. Hepburn was nominated for an Academy Award and a Golden Globe.
